Team Workshops

Leadership workshops built on lessons tested over a decade in extreme environments, not just developed in a conference room.

Signature Workshops

The Everest Workshop:
Decisive Leadership

Climbing Mount Everest demands clarity, discipline, preparation, and mental strength, the same qualities required inside organizations facing constant demands. Using real mountaineering techniques, including rope work, team climbing exercises, and crossing ladders, this workshop puts participants through the same coordination and trust-building challenges climbers face at altitude, then translates those lessons into practical frameworks for leadership,  decision-making, and performance.

Ideal for leadership teams, executive programs, and corporate offsites.

The South Pole Workshop: Endurance and Resilience

Skiing the final degree to the South Pole requires a different kind of resilience than a single decisive moment. Using real expedition exercises, including setting up a tent under time pressure, paced team drills, and navigating with limited visibility, this workshop puts participants through the same endurance and decision-making challenges polar explorers face, then translates those lessons into how teams sustain focus and manage uncertainty over the long term.

Particularly relevant for organizations navigating change or transformation over an extended period.

Other Popular Workshops

Each workshop is tailored to the organization’s objectives and context.

Mental Fitness for Modern Work

Participants learn how mindset influences performance, resilience, and wellbeing in demanding professional environments.

Leading and Performing Under Pressure

Focuses on decision-making, emotional regulation, and leadership clarity when the stakes are high.

Building Resilient Teams

Explores how trust, accountability, and communication influence team performance and long-term resilience.

Navigating Conflict

Explores how to address disagreement directly without damaging trust or relationships, turning friction into better decisions instead of avoidance or escalation.

Tested in the Mountains, Not Just Boardrooms.

When conditions become difficult, technical skill alone isn't enough. What determines success is how people think, decide, and work together when it counts.

Climbers on Everest and explorers skiing to the South Pole face many of the same challenges leaders and teams face inside organizations: uncertainty, limited resources, complex decisions, and the need for trust and accountability under real conditions.

Tima's workshops translate lessons from these high-stakes experiences
into practical frameworks for leadership, teamwork, and performance, tested first at altitude, then refined with real organizations.

The goal isn't to compare business to extreme adventure. It's to use real-world experience to understand how people actually perform when challenges are real, and apply those lessons to everyday professional  environments.
