Vision & Mission

Our Vision

A world where people lead with clarity instead of fear, even when the pressure is real.

Our Mission

To build that clarity in leaders and teams using lessons tested at altitude and translated into practice, through coaching, workshops, keynotes, and expedition programs.

Our Approach

The Belief Behind the Work

Tima believes one thing above all: how you train your mind determines how you show up, in leadership, in relationships, and in life.

The approach integrates:

  • Decision making under pressure

  • Growth mindset and performance psychology

  • Real world experience in extreme environments

  • Practical tools designed for everyday application

The focus is not on short term motivation. It is on building the resilience and clarity that create lasting change long after the experience ends.

A Note From Tima

For years, my classroom was the mountains.

I spent my early career operating in extreme environments where clarity, discipline, and decision making weren't optional. Standing on summits taught me something I didn't expect: performance is never about strength alone, it's about mindset.

I learned to manage fear before a summit push, to keep making good decisions when oxygen and time were both running out, and to recover after a setback rather than let it end the attempt. None of that stayed on the mountain. I brought all of it into how I now coach executives and teams through their own hardest moments.

My transition from summits to coaching was a natural one. As an ICF-certified coach, I built a practice around what altitude had already taught me: how to lead with clarity under pressure, build resilience without burning out, and perform consistently in demanding environments.

This work was never about adventure for adventure's sake. It's about building the mindset that holds up when it counts, for me, and now for the people I coach.
